What is a Visitor's Cart?
Every visitor to our online shop will be given a 'Visitors Cart'. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, their shopping cart is automatically terminated.
What is a Members Cart?
Every member to our online shop that logs in is given a 'Members Cart'. This allows the member to add products to their shopping cart, and come back at a later date to finalize their checkout if desired. All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves. This is a big convenience over the Visitor's Cart.
What are the advantages of being a Member?
As a member you have a personal address book for up to five addresses. Many customers like the option of having their packages delivered to their home or business address. One click sends it to where you want it!
Members can write reviews on products they have purchased. Love it? Tell the world! Your opinions matter.
You can elect to receive email notifications of the latest product updates. This is optional of course.
You can elect to receive our periodic newsletter highlighting some of our current specials and other items of the season for your home and garden.
You can check your order history or the status of a current shipment.
You can edit your account information and change your personal password.
What info is required to be Member?
Only your name, valid email address, and mailing address are required for membership. This is to facilitate your check out when ordering and save you time. No payment information is ever required for membership. When you shop again, just sign in with your email address and your personal password.
