PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL.
If the package is damaged REFUSE the package and return to sender. You will receive a full refund when it is returned to the warehouse or the option for a new item to be sent out.
If your item was shipped to you by motor freight, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the delivery receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase - you can return or exchange the item within 15 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resellable condition inside its original packaging. Please fill out the product return form that was included with your purchase. (if you do not have the product return form, please include your invoice number, full name, address, phone number, email address and description of the item you’d like to return and a brief reason why).
Contact us before you send the item back for special instructions and we will be glad to help you. I ask that you ship it by UPS or Fed Ex to the address you recieved it from.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. I will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the item, less any applicable restocking fees and the initial shipping fees. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective please call me or e-mail me within 15 days and I will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted items. If the item was made specifically for you it may not be returned.
